What this site itself collects

Browsing these pages requires no account and sets no tracking cookie. There is no Google Analytics tag, no Meta pixel and no TikTok pixel on this storefront.

The one thing stored in your browser is a single flag in local storage recording that you have already been shown the discount popup, so that you are not shown it twice. It contains no personal data, it is not sent anywhere, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

If you type your email into that popup, we pass it — and nothing else — to Klaviyo, once that integration is switched on, so we can send you the discount code and, afterwards, occasional email about the product. Submitting that form is the only way this site collects your email.

What happens at checkout

Payment does not happen on this domain. The buy buttons hand you to a Shopify-hosted checkout on mcstorepromo.myshopify.com, and everything you enter there — name, shipping address, email, payment details — is collected and processed by Shopify as our commerce provider under Shopify's own privacy terms.

We never see or store your full card number. What comes back to us is the order record: what you bought, what you paid, and the address to ship it to. We keep that for as long as we need it to fulfil the order, handle returns, and satisfy tax and accounting record-keeping obligations.

Who processes your data

• Shopify — checkout, payment processing and order records.
• Klaviyo — email addresses captured through the discount popup, and the marketing email sent to them.
• Our shipping carriers — the name and address needed to deliver the parcel, and nothing else.
• Our hosting provider — [TO CONFIRM]. Standard web server logs, which include IP addresses, are retained for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We do not use it to build a profile of you beyond your order history with us.

Unsubscribing, and asking us to delete you

Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; it does not stop transactional email about an order you have actually placed, which we have to send.

To see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted, write to hello@medicube.store from the address you ordered with. We will confirm within a reasonable period. Where an order record has to be kept for tax or accounting reasons we will say so rather than quietly keeping it.

Depending on where you live — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and a growing list of other states — you may have specific statutory rights of access, deletion, correction and opt-out. Use the same address; we do not require you to go through a different process to exercise them.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will change the date at the top of this page. The version you are reading is the version that applies.
