Who you are buying from

Medicube is an independent retailer. We buy genuine medicube stock and resell it to you.

We are not medicube. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by medicube, and this site is not an official medicube channel. "medicube", the medicube logo, "Volufiline" and every other mark used on this site belong to their respective owners, and are used here only to identify the product we sell.

Everything we say about the formula that is the manufacturer's claim is attributed to them on the page where it appears. Clinical figures are medicube's published trial results, reproduced with their attribution and footnotes intact, not results we generated.

The product, and what we claim for it

This is a cosmetic product. Everything on this site describes how skin may look or feel — the appearance of fine lines, a plumper-looking or firmer-looking result. Nothing here is a claim to treat, cure, heal, prevent or alter the structure of any part of the body, and nothing here is medical advice.

Results vary between people, and we say so wherever we quote a figure. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using prescription retinoids, ask a clinician before adding this to your routine. The formula contains retinol and natural essential oils; if you react to either, it is not the product for you, and the refund policy covers exactly that situation.

Orders, prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout.

An order is an offer to buy, and we accept it when we dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel it — for example if the item turns out to be out of stock, if a price was listed in obvious error, or if an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you are refunded in full and we tell you why.

Multi-pack pricing is applied automatically through the discount attached to each pack. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other unless we say so, and they apply to one order each unless stated otherwise.

Checkout and payment

Checkout is hosted by Shopify. When you press a buy button you leave this domain and complete the purchase on a Shopify checkout page, subject to Shopify's terms as well as these. We never handle your card details.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by the Shipping page and refunds by the Refunds page. Both are part of these terms, and where they are more specific than this page, they are the ones that apply.

Using this site

The text, photography, layout and code of this site are ours or licensed to us, except for the medicube product photography and marketing panels, which remain the brand's. You may not scrape, republish or resell any of it.

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to place orders you have no intention of paying for.

Liability

We stand behind what we sell and the guarantee is the practical expression of that. Beyond it, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [TO CONFIRM], and disputes go to the courts of [TO CONFIRM]. This must be set before the store takes live orders.

Before that ever matters, write to hello@medicube.store. Almost everything is a misunderstanding about a delivery date.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page tells you which version is current, and the version in force when you ordered is the version that governs your order.
